The division Higher Education seeks to develop research and theory building concerning higher education. Practical usability of the results is of high importance. Furthermore the division tries to stimulate the quality of the work that professionals (such as educational consultants and educational developers) do in higher education. To date, the division has about 120 members, who mostly work in the field of higher education.
